Archery Overview

Archery is a great way to let off some steam, have fun and also improve your hand-eye coordination! Archery is suitable for everyone over the age of 6 years, so is great to do as a family, with friends or with colleagues. We provide top of the range equipment and have recently added a custom built shelter, making it an all weather activity. Our experienced instructors provide full guidance to ensure your safety and top enjoyment.

What is included / how your day will run

Arrival at Wild Park Derbyshire into a large CCTV secure car park just off the A52 Derby to Ashbourne Road.
Meet the Wild Park team in our reception area where you will be introduced to your instructor.
Our instructor will then take you to the archery facility and give you an outline of the day as well as a briefing about the activity and equipment.
Tea/coffee break – Tea and coffee, water and squash is available throughout your session from our conference room.
Separate male and female toilets with leisure centre standard changing rooms available from our reception.
You will have the chance to have a few practice shots (it’s not quite as easy as you may think!).
You will then start to score your shots.
Your instructor will continue to guide and instruct you throughout your session as well as give you a few little tips and hints!
A certificate will be given for the best archer.
A photo of your group will be taken and given to the group organiser free of charge.
The whole session lasts approx. 2 hours.

Minimum of 6 people if no other group is booked in.

Clothing / Footwear

Come dressed according to the weather, you will be shooting from an undercover facility with a complete open front.
