CANCELLATIONS & ALTERATIONS TO YOUR BOOKING

For bookings made after 1st February 2021 please see our Covid promise policy for any Covid related booking changes or cancellations. This policy will be in place until further notice.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or amend any bookings should the need arise; for example in extreme weather conditions, staff illness or group sizes dropping to below minimum size. Rebooking will be at a mutually agreed date. We avoid this unless absolutely necessary.

Payments are not refundable or transferable so please do not be offended if we decline any requests for refunds. Should you decide to cancel your booking more than 2 weeks before your activity date, you will be offered a credit note with a 6 month validity. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks your payment will be forfeited.

At our discretion, we may be able to postpone your booking, subject to availability.

The full balance must be paid 14 days before the activity date. Please note that if the balance is not paid by this date then your booking may be cancelled, but your deposit retained. (Should you have any difficulties in making payment within the 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss options.)

We would ask you to notify us of any decreases in group size as soon as possible, as we staff to numbers expected. You are of course welcome to fill any unused spaces. We will issue a credit note less the deposit for any unused places notified to us at least 2 weeks before the booking.

Should the group number fall to less than the minimum group size, Wild Park Derbyshire reserve the right to charge for the minimum number (2 for Quad Biking, 10 for Paintballing, 10 for Laser Tag, 6 for Archery and 6 for Crossbow /Pistol Shooting) or to cancel the booking without any refund or to postpone the booking.

Once your booking is fully confirmed please check all details are correct. If you require any alterations to your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
